In Loving Memory of Aceneth (Sandy) G González

Aceneth González, affectionately known as Sandy, graced this world on November 3, 1950, in Kingsville, Texas, and peacefully departed on March 14, 2023, in Lamont, California.

Born to Rev. Andres and Julia Gonzalez, Sandy's journey of life unfolded with grace and purpose. She attended Arvin High School and continued her education at Bakersfield College, where she earned her AA degree.

Sandy devoted 25 years to the Sunset School District, leaving an indelible mark as an Institutional Aid. Her dedication to education touched countless lives and left an enduring legacy.

In a union blessed by love, Sandy married John, and together they forged a life filled with shared joys and cherished moments. Sandy is survived by her children Alberto and Nancy Castillo, and Janelle Contreras of Bakersfield, CA.

Her memory lives on through her siblings: Dora Moss, Dalia Tineo, Rachel Del Rio, Nelda Torres, Nidia Aboncr, Nolly Castillo, Randy Gonzalez, and Mary Gonzalez.

Sandy's spirit is embraced by her grandchildren, Joey, Joshua, Jacob, Timothy, Genesis, and Levi, who will carry forward the warmth and wisdom she bestowed upon them.

She is reunited in eternal peace with her parents, Rev. Andres and Julia Gonzalez, brother Andres Gonzalez, and sisters Elizabeth Hernandez and Julia Sylvia Moreno.

In celebrating Sandy's life, let us remember her as a beacon of love, kindness, and resilience. May her soul find eternal serenity, and may her memory continue to illuminate our hearts.
