Cipriano "Lil Smiley" Maldonado

Cipriano Ismael Maldonado Jr. (Lil Smiley) was born on June 9, 1980 and went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2016.

He was born at Kern Medical in Bakersfield, Ca to Cipriano and Laura (Solis) Maldonado. He attended Centennial High School and was a faithful Dallas Cowboys fan. His children meant the world to him and he enjoyed spending time with them.

He is survived by his parents, Cipriano and Laura; brothers, Mario (Emma); Angel (Rosie); sisters, Frances (Sam); and Rosalia; children Israel, Selah, Isabella, and Analy; Grandmothers Emily Solis and Maria Maldonado; and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, and Friends.

He is joined in heaven with his son, Poohsie; daughter, Precious Angel; Grandfathers, Antonio Y. Solis and Santos Maldonado.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Basham Funeral Home from 4-5pm for family viewing and 5-8pm for a public memorial service. Interment will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery - River Blvd. on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 10am.

The Maldonado family would like to thank everyone who gave donations and helped at the car washes. A special thank you to Tudy and Gloria Franco for you generous support to our family. May God bless all of you for supporting us during this difficult time.
