Jose Zamora Rojas

Jose Zamora was born on July 07, 1955 to Eleuterio Zamora-Ceballos and Maria Rojas-Licea in Ixtlahuacan, Colima Mexico.  At the age of 18, Jose migrated to the United States and began working as a farm laborer in Washington state before settling down in Bakersfield California where Jose worked as a Roustabout in the Oilfields for twenty years while owning his lawn and gardening business, B & J Zamora Gardening.  Jose's favorite past times were fishing, barbequing, gardening and spending time with his family. 

Jose is preceded in death by his son, Bobby Zamora, mother, Maria Rojas-Licea, father, Eleuterio Zamora-Ceballos, and brothers Daniel and Juan Zamora.   Jose is survived by his children, Jose, Ramiro and Mary Zamora, and Elizabeth and Joseph Ramirez.  Grandchildren, Rachel Zamora, Issac, Elijah and Johnnie Lee, Jermaine "JJ" and Anaiah Jones, Emma, Christian and Chloe Ramirez. Siblings Angelita Zamora, Ruben Zamora and Apalonia Jurado, Maria De Jesus and Manuel Hernandez, Maria Zamora and Antonio Bueno, Eleuteria and Jose Arceo, Raquel and Juan Jimenez, Martha and Jose Cabrera, Amalia and Angel Valdovinos, and Margarita and Gerardo Hernandez as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Jose was called to his eternal home on August 14, 2022 in Los Angeles California. 

Jose's memories will forever live on in our hearts until we meet again.
