Lynn was born in Santa Barbara, California on June 4, 1947, to Roland Taylor and Marion Anderson-Waite, and died in Bakersfield on December 16, 2023. No services are scheduled at this time.

Lynn worked in retail, the medical field, and as a manicurist. She was a talented seamstress, knitter, quilter, and crafter and spent many years running a small business creating quilted wall hangings. She loved to travel to Santa Barbara to spend time in the city where she'd been raised. Lynn always had a soft spot for dogs and adopted more over the years than can be counted.

Lynn was proceeded in death by her parents, and by her sons Jason and Josh Rickett. She is survived by her youngest son, Justin, and his wife, Ashley, and her grandchildren Zachary, Sophie, Braedon, Kellan, and Makena. She is also survived by her sisters Cheri and Michelle and their families.
