Mario Garcia Sanchez Jr.

Mario passed away December 23, 2022. He was born in Cuanto Michoacan Mexico and was later brought to the states where he was raised in Lamont, CA. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Salvadora Sanchez Reyes Garcia, Mario Garcia Cortez, and his brother, Martin Garcia. Mario is survived by his girlfriend, Veronica Oliva; his brother, Ignacio Garcia; his sisters, Oliva Rangel, Maria Garcia Castillo, Maria Garcia, and Lourdes Brambila; his Children, Jessica Ramirez, Mario Garcia III, Sabrina Lopez, and Elaine Garcia; Eleven grandchildren, Pablo, Jesse, Michael, Mario, Johnothan, Julian, Breanna, Joseph, Aiden, Anthony, and Aaron; Four great-grandchildren, Jay, Beverly, Jaiden, and Natalie; Many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Mario held many forms of employment at Grimmway Farms, Snapple, and moving pipes in the fields just to name a few. In his younger years he enjoyed cruising in his car and riding his motorcycle. He loved spending time with his family, BBQing, and having a cold one. The family would like to give a special thanks to all friends, extended family, and Basham Funeral Care for all their love & support in this difficult time. A visitation will be held on Thursday January 12, 2023 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and Funeral Services will be held on Friday January 13, 2023 at 10:00am at Basham Funeral Care Chapel located at 3312 Niles Street, Bakersfield, CA 93306. Interment to follow Arvin Cemetery.
