Wendy Forbin

Wendy Forbin, 58, of California, joined our Lord and Savior on November 10^th, 2022. She was delivered on January 29, 1964, in Trinidad and Tobago West Indies to the late Julius and Claire Forbin.

   Wendy immigrated with her family to New York in 1975, then relocated to California in 1976. She attended Morningside High School and graduated in 1982.

   Wendy was an avid reader who enriched her life with ongoing studies of human behavior, which lead her to receive many academic accolades.

   Wendy was employed at The Century City Bank for many years and pursued many artistic passions throughout her life such as dance and theater. She particularly strived in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

   While Wendy had no children of her own, she was a nurturing woman who cared for many throughout her life. She was a loving aunt who deeply cared for her nieces and nephews, a supportive sister who helped care for her brothers, and was a selfless caregiver to her late parents.

   Wendy was preceded by death by her parents, Julius and Claire Forbin and by her brother, Virgil Forbin. She is survived by her siblings, Crandell Forbin, Dawn Mallory, Dennis Forbin, Cathy Reid, Lyndon Forbin, Wendell Forbin, and Shawn Forbin; she is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

   Wendy’s strength was an inspiration to many, and she touched the lives of all who crossed her path. She’s deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
